The CR3 Customer Experience

AT CR3 American Exteriors, we always put the customer first, striving to offer the best possible experience to every single client. This is why we developed what we refer to as “The CR3 Experience.” This is what all of our employees follow to ensure that every customer has their needs met. We offer our services in five different states, bringing roofing, siding, exterior remodeling, and updates to windows, gutters, and doors to Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We are continuing to spread to multiple areas within these states. 

No matter where you live or what service you are looking for, we will make sure you are given “The CR3 Experience.”

So, how does “The CR3 Experience” work? Let’s take a look:

  1. After speaking with a client and booking a time to meet, every employee will always be sure to show up on time. This is incredibly important to us and respects our clients’ time; we never take it for granted.
  2. During an in-home visit, we do everything we can to demonstrate gratitude for being given the opportunity to work with a possible customer. 
  3. The client is then walked through all possibilities of what we offer and given the chance to ask any questions, see samples, read about our options, look at images of similar projects, etc.
  4. Our clients will then learn that our employees will be onsite during projects in order to always be available for any questions. 
  5. We also make sure to explain our cleanup process to let our clients know that they will not be responsible for removing excess materials. The property will always be left as we found it.
  6. The customer will be taken through our entire process from start to finish so that they are aware of everything that will take place.
  7. If possible, a proposal will be offered during this visit. Otherwise, a follow-up session will be scheduled for this. A proposal is always presented in person to leave room for questions and conversation.
  8. Our client will then be able to keep in touch with our employees. From start to finish, we will be open, transparent, and easy to reach.
  9. When the customer is ready, a contract will be signed, and a date will be set for the material drop off and installation. 
  10. During the project, clients will have the opportunity to talk to the employee they have been working with the whole time. This employee will be onsite and available to answer any and all questions. 
  11. When the project is complete, cleanup will take place. This will be thorough and will ensure that everything looks the same as how we found it (besides the update to your home of course).
  12. We will always be sure to follow up a few months after the project is complete to check in and see how our client is doing.
