Is it time to replace your siding? Many homeowners do not necessarily know what to look for when considering redoing their siding. This is how problems can arise and go unnoticed. - Raised energy bill- A higher energy bill can represent a variety of different issues. If you notice a raised energy bill, it is good to call for a professional to come and do an inspection. As siding ages, it can lose its ability to properly keep the heat or cold from permeating your house.
- Damage to the interior of your home- If you begin to notice damage inside of your home, siding might be the culprit. Again, this can be a result of many issues, but if it is caused by siding, it means the weather is not being kept out of your home, and the siding is not doing its job. This is a major sign that it is time for new siding.
