For today’s blog we will be interviewing and learning more about the president of our company, Mark Luterman. Read on to learn more about Mark and how he got started with CR3 America!
Q: What is your role at CR3 American Exteriors?
A: I am President of CR3. My main role is to develop strategies and visions to help guide the company to become the best in the industry. I oversee the entire company operations.
Q: How did you get started in roofing and construction?
A:I started as the company’s mentor and coach. After a year, I became President of the Company.
Q: What is your favorite part of what you do?
A: Developing and implementing strategies and models to guide the company’s fast growth and ongoing success. Working with our team to help them become more successful.
Q: If you could change one thing about the roofing industry, what would it be?
A: How dependent the industry is on good weather. Rain and snow= zero production.
Q: What is one or some common mistake(s) that you see people make too often? What can they do to avoid this?
A: Trying to tackle a project by themselves instead of seeking professional help. Call an industry expert to determine the necessary solution.
Q: What is your favorite type of project to be a part of?
A: A project that creates better efficiencies and effectiveness for the organization.
Q: What is one fun fact about yourself that you want people to know?
A: After growing up with a father who was a professional singer, I developed a love for opera.
Q: Outside of roofing and construction, what are your favorite hobbies?
A: Working out, fishing, golfing, reading, spending time with my children
Q: We know you love your job. Why is it important to love what you do?
A: Because without passion, work is nothing more than a time filler. When you love what you do, you tend to be twice as efficient with much less fatigue.
